One setup. A clear preparation plan.

This illustrative series starts at 1,000 µM from a 2,000 µM stock. Each standard supplies two 100 µL wells, with 20% extra volume and no additional dead volume.

Set the demand

Four concentrations, duplicate wells and a duplicate blank. Reserve 240 µL per standard for the 200 µL well demand plus 20% extra.

Include the next transfer

Prepare 450 µL of S1: 225 µL stock + 225 µL diluent. Transfer 210 µL into S2, leaving the required 240 µL.
