Set the demand
Four concentrations, duplicate wells and a duplicate blank. Reserve 240 µL per standard for the 200 µL well demand plus 20% extra.
Lab prep & assay planning
Calculate dilutions and reagent quantities, plan standards and blanks across a 96-well plate, and save your setups for the next run—all offline on your iPhone.

This illustrative series starts at 1,000 µM from a 2,000 µM stock. Each standard supplies two 100 µL wells, with 20% extra volume and no additional dead volume.
Four concentrations, duplicate wells and a duplicate blank. Reserve 240 µL per standard for the 200 µL well demand plus 20% extra.
Prepare 450 µL of S1: 225 µL stock + 225 µL diluent. Transfer 210 µL into S2, leaving the required 240 µL.
In BenchLine, inspect the preparation table and plate map, save the setup and export preparation or plate-map CSVs.
